Monitoring Reports

General monitoring statistics like availability, event sources and incidents and how they're acknowledged.
For event and incident related reports an additional timeframe can be chosen to filter events and start of incident Enter 0 as start time to let the graph automatically trackback its duration (e.g. if added to Monitoring-Map)

Monitor AlertAlert Dashboard with optimize:
  • - = All alerts
  • 1 = Alerts with incidents and no targets under maintenance
  • 2 = New incidents only
Availability DistributionStatistics of targets and their locations
Latency StatisticsLast, average and maximum latency of targets (inaccurate at the moment, sorry)
Uptime StatisticsList devices with the highest service time
Events GraphEvent Barchart
Events DistributionStatistical breakdown of events, their levels and sources
Incident GroupDistribution and duration of cathegorized incidents
Incident DistributionDistribution of incidents across targets and their locations
Incident DurationDuration of incidents by optimize:
  • - = incident group
  • 1 = device group
  • 2 = maintenace partner
Incident AcknowledgeAcknowledge statistics and time per user
Incident HistoryLog in calendar form to "spot patterns" (optimize reveals detailed view, increase limit for more years)
