Constructor for DH DHU parameters from an ephemeral public/private key pair. This constructor will result in an agreement which returns the raw calculated agreement value, or shared secret.

Parameters:

ephemeralKeyPair - our ephemeral public/private key pair.

otherPartyEphemeralKey - the other party's ephemeral public key.
