The Angle command displays a protrractor on the layout. Click for the protractor origin and left-drag the cursor to set the base angle. Adding Ctrl will snap the angle to a multiple of 90 degrees.
Then {Left-Drag the second line. Adding Ctrl will snap the angle to 90 degree relative to the base line. The angle between the lines is displayed.
Sunsequent clicks on the Angle button will hode or display the protractor.
