Marks a method as one which locates the root resource for a given host

There must be exactly ONE of these methods configured. If more then one is provided only the first will be used.

The only purpose of the root object is to locate methods for acting on child resources directly under the root, as such methods are generally keyed on the parent object. So you can return anything, such as the controller itself
