YCPBuiltinMap::YCPBuiltinMap ( )

Select a map element (deprecated, use MAP[KEY]:DEFAULT).

lookup

Parameters:

	map	MAP
	any	KEY
	any	DEFAULT

Returns:: any

Gets the KEY's value of a map. Returns DEFAULT if the key does not exist. Returns nil if the found entry has a different type than the default value. Functionality replaced with syntax: map m = $["a":1, "b":2]; m["a"]:100 -> 1; m["c"]:100 -> 100;

lookup ($["a":42], "b", 0) -> 0
